PURPOSE: To ensure the health management with the eating-out and to show the necessary information on the health management by offering the data on the nutrition contained in the meals of the restaurants to the diner-outs together with their desired information.

CONSTITUTION: A recording means 1 records the data on the meal contents and the data on the individual physiques, etc., and a reading means 21 of a terminal equipment 2 reads the data out of the means 1 and stores them in a terminal storage means 22. Then an arithmetic means 23 applies various operations to those stored data in terms of the types and amounts of nutritive elements contained in the meals. The results of these operations and the data are shown on a display means 24. Each of these data is sent to a management device 4 by a terminal transmission means 25 via a communication circuit 3 and stored in a management storage means 43. Then a management arithmetic means calculates the statistic value concerning the nutrition for each individual based on the data stored in the means 43.
