Thus, the device 10 is mounted at a position to be easily observed while measuring, for example by the unit by a user, and the measured value such as the weight or the percentage of the body fat can be observed without forcing an unreasonable attitude. The value such as the weight or the percentage of the body fat measured by the unit is stored at a user unit in the device 10, and then the user can observe a history graph of the own weight and the percentage of the body fat by a simple operation of pressing an own identifying key and a history-display switching key 14 from identifying keys 12a to 12d.
