PURPOSE: To achieve a saving of working cost with easier manufacture of a health promoting molding product by mixing a molten synthetic resin with a powder of a semiconductor containing germanium.

CONSTITUTION: A health promoting molding product 12 is made up of a mixture of a synthetic resin and a powder of a semiconductor containing at least germanium. In the manufacture method, the molten synthetic resin is mixed with the powder of the semiconductor containing at least germanium and solidified. Then, the health promoting molding product 12 which is formed in a short cylinder shape on an adhesive sheet 10 as one example of mounting means to make a health promoting device 14. For example, the health promoting device 14 is made to abut the upper face end of the health promoting molding product 12 at a location where a stiff neck develops and fixed with the adhesive agent on the top surface of the adhesive sheet 10 to use. Thus, a health promoting molding product and a health promoting device which require little working and is low in prduction cost can be obtained.
