To provide a health promoting tool which can be naturally touched in daily life so as to be useful for promotion of health by containing permanent magnets in a plurality of positions of an annular body or strip body, and forming a plurality of projections on the outer surface.
This health promoting tool has permanent magnets 2 in four circumferential positions of a short cylinder-like annular body 1, and a number of projections 3 formed on the outer surface. The annular body 1 is formed of an elastic material, for example, polyethylene, and the projections 3 are integrally formed thereon. The permanent magnets 2 are anisotropic ferrite magnets having a magnetic flux density of 1000G, and the directions of magnetic poles are set so that N-pole is on the outside of the annular body and S-pole on the inside. When this health promoting tool is used alone, it is fitted to the arm as it is or held by the hand. Since the health promoting tool contains the permanent magnets 2 and has the projections 3 formed thereon, both effects of magnetic action and specific point stimulation by the projections 3 can be expected by fitting it to the arm or holding it by the hand.
