PURPOSE: To provide a health promotion apparatus for softening muscle and facilitating blood circulation by providing a cylindrical and tapered pressing section having a verruciform projection piece on surface, and a rod type handle for rotatably fitting the pressing section.

CONSTITUTION: A health promotion apparatus body 1 is fitted with a freely rotatable pressing section 2 and a rod type handle 5 for pressing the section 2 under rotation. Furthermore, the section 2 has a cylindrical form with a verruciform projection piece on the surface thereof, and one side of the section 2 is tapered. Also, the section 2 is molded in two sections, whenever necessary, and coupling sections 3 are formed for jointing the sections 2 to each other with a setscrew 6. In addition, the pressing section 2 is made freely rotatable, using the handle 5 as a base shaft via an auxiliary tube and the coupling sections 3. According to this constitution, blood congestion in muscle can be dissipated under the application of external stimulation and a pressing force, bypassing a backbone, and hardened muscle can be relaxed to supply a large amount of fresh blood. In addition, operation can be easily repeated as many times as desired, as a rotary cylindrical type is used.
