A health tooth sheet 1 having an attachable part 2 so as to be attached on a toothbrush, for example, is formed from synthetic resin. A fixing plate 3 is formed on this health tooth sheet 1 so that the sheet is prevented from being deviated in the case of chewing. Thus health tooth sheet 1 is put into the mouth and chewed so that the line of the teeth can be positioned at the almost center of the health tooth sheet 1. Through uniform chewing, the sheet 1 is repeatedly deformed and restored. The size, hardness, taste and health component of the health tooth sheet 1 can be suitably selected. Thus, the metabolism of tooth muscles is improved and teeth or the like are strengthened. By attaching the sheet to the toothbrush or the like, it can be easily used. Further, by selecting its hardness or the like, training time is shortened.
