The hearing aid is provided with: a device part 2 that is wearable on or behind an ear of a user; an ear part 3 that can be inserted into an auditory meatus of the user at least partly; and a coupling part 4 coupling the device part 2 with the ear part 3, wherein the coupling part 4 has at least one region of an aeration path for pressure regulation of a receiver 14 located within the ear part 3 concerning atmospheric pressure.
