This heat accumulation type cooling device is equipped with a heat storage tank 2 having a freezing point which is higher than the freezing point of water and lower than a normal temperature, in which a chemical synthetic heat storage agent is stored, and the internal wall surface of which has a rust resistance to the chemical synthetic heat storage agent, and a heat medium liquid circulating passage 3 in which a heat medium liquid is circulated. Then, a heatexchanger 4 which is immersed in the heat storage tank 2, and wherein a heat-exchange is possible between the heat medium liquid and the chemical synthetic heat storage agent 6 through the wall surface, and which has a rust resistance to the chemical synthetic heat storage agent 6, is installed halfway in the heat medium liquid circulating passage for the constitution.
