Title:
HEAT ACCUMULATOR BUILT-IN TYPE FURNACE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10180393
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To needlessly make a space outside a furnace and to easily maintain a heat accumulating material by respectively installing heat accumulating parts on opposite edge parts of furnace wall sides inside a furnace body of a hearth and jetting fuel from the upper side of the heat accumulating part inside the furnace.

In a heat accumulator built-in type furnace, a burning air is fed inside the furnace through a heat accumulating material from an air supplying tube 18 on the bottom of one side heat accumulating material receiving part, and on one side, a fuel is jetted inside the furnace from a fuel nozzle 15 on the upper side of heat accumulating material receiving part of a heat accumulating part 14 and it is burned. This combustion gas is made to pass through the heat accumulating material of the heat accumulating material receiving part on the other side heat accumulating part 14, it is made to discharge through an exhaust tube 19 from the box frame 20 covering the bottom of the heat accumulating part. In the time of discharging the combustion gas, the exhaust heat is able to be recovered with the heat accumulating material of one more side heat accumulating part 14, this exhaust heat pre-heats the burning air to be supplied for next burning, the exhaust air loss is restricted and the effective burning is realized.
