Abstract:
To connect a temperature sensor and a heater to a heat controller via a common cable.
To a series circuit between a thermistor 11 and a diode 12, a heater 13 is connected in parallel, and they are connected to a constant current circuit 22 and a heater control circuit 21 via common cables 14. The heater control circuit 21 and the constant current circuit 22 are connected so as to respectively output positive output and negative output inversely. Constant current supply from the constant current circuit 22, for temperature measurement and heater power supply from the heater control circuit 22 are switched so as not to overlap each other temporally.
