A heat cooking lunch box comprising the bottom face to be fit in the projecting part is placed on a heat cooking delivery tray provided with a heating part and a projecting part provided along the periphery of the heating part so that the foodstuff in plateware arranged in the heating cooking lunch box is heated up.
