Title:
HEAT-DEVELOPABLE PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL AND IMAGE RECORDING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3852203
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-developable photosensitive material and image recording material prevented from rise of fog with time in a material after development processing and good in the color tone of a silver image.
SOLUTION: The heat-developable recording material contains, on a supporting body, an organic silver salt, photosensitive silver halide, a reducing agent for silver ions, a binder, and at least one of compounds having at least one tribromomethyl group in the molecule, and a leuco compound to be allowed to form a blue dye by reaction with the oxidation product of this reducing agent. An image is formed this image recording method by exposing this heat- developable photosensitive material to infrared laser beams and developing it, preferably, by heating it at a temperature of 80°C-250°C.
