Title:
HEAT-DEVELOPABLE PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL AND IMAGE RECORDING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3918491
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-developable photosensitive material having high density, ensuring slight lowering of density with time before heat development and after heat development and improving defective transport and unevenness in density caused when processed and to provide an image recording method.
SOLUTION: In the heat-developable photosensitive material having an imaging layer comprising an organic silver salt, silver halide, a binder, a reducer and a silver saving agent on a support, silver halide having 5-40 nm average grain size is contained as the above silver halide, and when the center line average roughness Ra and maximum roughness of the surface of the outermost layer on the side with the imaging layer are presented by Ra(E) and Rt(E), respectively, the value Rt(E)/Ra(E) is 10-100.
