Abstract:

To provide a heat-developable photosensitive material having excellent photographic performance and image preservability and to provide in particular a heat-developable photosensitive material having no adverse effect on working environment.

In the heat-developable photosensitive material comprising a binder, an organic silver salt, a reducing agent for silver ions and photosensitive silver halide grains on one face of a support, the amount of the solvent of a coating liquid remaining in the heat-developable photosensitive material is 5 to 1,000 mg/m2 and the strength of an odor emitted from the heat- developable photosensitive material is -3 to +1 at 120°C.
