Abstract:

To provide a heat-developable photosensitive material capable of suppressing lowering of sensitivity due to moisture during storage of the unused photosensitive material while using a photosensitive silver halide having a high silver iodide content.

The heat-developable photosensitive material comprises at least a photosensitive silver halide, a non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a reducing agent and a binder on a support, wherein the total silver iodide content of the photosensitive silver halide is 40-100 mol%, and the photosensitive material has been packaged with a packaging material so that in-bag moisture content becomes ≤60% when it is kept in an environment at 25°C.
