Title:
HEAT DEVELOPABLE RECORDING MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3821410
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat developable recording material having satisfactory adhesiveness of heat developable recording constituent layers, in particular a photosensitive layer to the substrate by forming at least one polyester-contg. undercoat layer on at least one side of a substrate and heat developable recording constituent layers on the undercoat layer.
SOLUTION: The heat developable recording material has at least one polyester-contg. undercoat layer on at least one side of the substrate and heat developable recording constituent layers on the undercoat layer. Since the undercoat layer is formed, the adhesiveness of the heat developable recording constituent layers, in particular a photosensitive layer to the substrate is improved. A matting agent is preferably used in the undercoat layer so as to improve high-speed conveyability in production. Fine particles of polystyrene, polymethyl methacrylate, silica, etc., having about 0.1-8 μm average particle diameter are used as the matting agent. The pref. amt. of the matting agent used is 1-200 mg per 1 m2 of the recording material.
