Abstract:

To provide a heat dissipation sheet laminate which has good handling property when being wound in a roll shape and has good adhesion to a base film, and a method for manufacturing the heat dissipation sheet laminate.SOLUTION: There is provided a heat dissipation sheet laminate in which a base film that has a surface and a rear face and has different adhesive forces between the surface and the rear face, and an insulating resin sheet containing a filler are stacked, wherein the insulating resin sheet is stacked on a surface with stronger adhesive force out of the surface and the rear face of the base film.SELECTED DRAWING: None
