Abstract:
PURPOSE: To equip a heat element of a thermal type over-load relay with a delay actuation characteristic.
CONSTITUTION: A rectangular resistance wire is bent in a W-shape to form an electric heater wire 1, and a spacer 5 having insulativeness and heat resistance is inserted between the bent part and a steel piece 12 furnished adjacent to the heater wire 1 and is folded in. In a lump together with the steel piece 12, this is tied by a heat resistant insulative tape 6, and it is fixed by a fastener 7.
