Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent corrosion of a heat exchanger tube in a heat exchange device having the heat exchanger tube immersed in a water tank.SOLUTION: A heat exchange device (a submerged combustion type vaporization device 1) includes: sparger pipes 15 immersed in a water tank 11; a heat exchanger 32 which is configured to increase a temperature of a fluid flowing in heat exchanger tubes 31 by water being agitated and heated by air bubbles jetted from the sparger pipes; and support members 4 which are configured to support the heat exchanger tubes. The support member 4 has support holes 41 through which the heat exchanger tubes penetrate. The support hole is configured so that its inner peripheral surface makes point contact or line contact with an outer peripheral surface of each heat exchanger tube at one or multiple points.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
