Abstract:
To provide an adsorption type heat exchange device capable of reducing a device size by improving a coefficient of performance COP.SOLUTION: A heat exchange device 10 includes heat exchange units 30A and 30B provided with a nano porous body 20 having elasticity which is contracted and can desorb a medium 60, and is expanded and can adsorb the medium, stress application parts 31A and 31B for applying stress to the nano porous body and contracting it, and chambers 32A and 32B for housing the nano porous body inside. The heat exchange device further includes a control unit 40 for controlling operation of the stress application parts and switching an operation mode in the heat exchange units between a desorption mode for applying stress to the nano porous body to contract it, and desorb the medium from the nano porous body, and an adsorption mode for releasing the stress to expand the nano porous body, and causing the nano porous body to adsorb the medium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
