To enhance the cooling performance when a cooling liquid flows in a low rate by allocating the cooling liquid to a plurality of passages partitioned by bulkheads.
A water pouring port 5 is provided at the top of one water tank 1 while an exhaust port is provided at the bottom of another water tank, and the two tanks are coupled together through a plurality of lines 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e. The inside of the water tank 1 on the side with the water pouring port 5 is partitioned by a plurality of bulkheads 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d so that partitioned passages 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d, 8e are formed to be connected with the respective lines 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e. The cooling water poured in from the port 5 is allocated to the passages 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d, 8e and flows to the other tank via all lines 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, so that the whole radiator can serve for cooling even if the rate of flow remains low.
