To provide an heat exchange machine of a structure which improves workability in assembling a heat exchanger to a casing.
There is provided a flange 47 that is continuous without a break and forming the same plane, in an outer circumference of the heat exchanger 40 in a position passing through a boundary between an inside air inlet face 41 and an outside air outlet face 44 of the heat exchanger 40, and a boundary between an outside air inlet face 42 and an inside air outlet face 43. An opening for fitting in the heat exchanger 40 is provided in an interior of the casing 1, and an attachment plate part is provided with a size such that a circumference of the opening faces the flange 47 of the heat exchanger 40 when the heat exchanger is in a state fit in the opening. In a state of arranging a packing between the flange and the attachment plate part, the heat exchanger 40 is fit in an opening of the attachment plate part, the packing is pressed against each other by the flange 47 and the attachment plate part, and by managing a bearing pressure, a space between the heat exchanger 40 and the attachment plate part is sealed.
