Abstract:
To easily assemble a heat exchanger.
A heat exchange module has a first heat exchanger (12), manifold chambers (18) and (20) of the first heat exchanger are formed by two deformed sheet metal components (36) and (38), and the manifold chambers have at least one of lugs (52) and (64). The lugs are extended from one of the sheet metal components, and are bent in housings (60) and (68) in a matched shape that the manifold chamber (28) of a second heat exchanger (14) has. In an embodiment, the first heat exchanger (12) is used as a radiator for cooling the engine of an automobile, and the second heat exchanger (14) is used as a condenser for air-conditioning.
