A heat-exchange panel 33 is composed of an upper header tank 1, lower header tank 2, and a number of fin tubes 30 which connect the two header tanks and, arranged in parallel, form fin tube groups 3. The lower ends of the grouped fin tubes 3 are connected to each of intermediate header tanks 5 with the lower ends of a plurality of fin tubes together and to a lower header tank 2 through auxiliary connecting pipes 50 connected to the respective intermediate header tanks 5. The auxiliary connecting pipes 50 are formed in a curve in the same plane in the breadthwise middle or the auxiliary connecting pipes on the two laterial sides, at least on one side so that the difference in the vertical gaps between the lower header tank 2 and the intermediate header tanks 5 at the two lateral sides and the middle can be varied.
