The heat exchange system generates rotation energy by driving one or more non-contact transmission type fluid actuation devices 2000 by passing a thermal-energy fluid through a heat exchanger 100 having a fluid pipe through which a thermal-energy fluid flows. In the heat exchange system, the generated rotation energy is transmitted, by either a direct transmission method or a non-contact transmission method, to external fluid pumping blade devices 202 installed at the lateral side of the heat exchanger 100. The external fluid pumping blade devices 202 drives an external fluid so that an external fluid with thermal-energy passes through the heat exchanger 100. This can accordingly enhance the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger 100.
