Abstract:
To provide a heat exchange tank of glass-fiber-reinforced polypropylene resin excellent in reliability for a long period of time because of having excellent warm water resistance, repeated pressure resistance and fracture strength as well as high water absorption.
Glass-fiber-reinforced polypropylene resin of the heat exchange tank consists of polypropylene resin 20-88.5 wt.%, glass-fiber 10-50 wt.% having 5-15 μm of fiber diameter, calcium carbonate 0.5-20 wt.% and polypropylene 1-10 wt.% denatured by grafting maleic anhydride.
