PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange type ventilation device suppressed in energy consumption.SOLUTION: A heat exchange type ventilation device is such that a window frame is provided with supply air blowing means blowing out outside air from an outdoor 6 to an indoor 7, discharge air blowing means blowing out indoor air of the indoor 7 to the outdoor 6, and an air supply damper 16 performing heat exchange between a supply-air air duct in which supplied air flow caused by the supply air blowing means is circulated, and a discharge-air air duct in which discharged air flow caused by the discharge air blowing means is circulated, by whole heat exchange elements 8, and switching the air duct through which the outdoor air is blown out to the indoor 7 while passing the whole heat exchange elements 8, and the air duct through which the outdoor air is blown out into the indoor 7 while bypassing the whole heat exchange elements 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
