Abstract:
To provide a heat exchange type ventilation device that has improved workability or maintainability by installing it vertically on a wall surface of a living room, etc.SOLUTION: In a heat exchange type ventilation device 1, an exhaust port 4 and an outside air suction port 3 are provided on a first lateral face 31 of a body case 2. Air inlets 5 are provided on a second lateral face 32 opposed to the first lateral face of the body case 2. An air supply passage 14 is formed, where outdoor air is sent from the outside air suction port 3 to the air inlets 5 by an air supply fan 10. An exhaust passage 15 is formed, where indoor air is sent from an indoor suction port 6 to the exhaust port 4 by an exhaust fan 9. A heat exchange element 11 is provided in the body case 2 at a position where the air supply passage 14 and the exhaust passage 15 intersect with each other in the body case 2, the position being closer to the first lateral face 31 than a fan unit 8. The body case 2 is installed vertically on a wall surface with the first lateral face 31 at the bottom, and the second lateral face 32 at the top.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
