PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange units 100/200 capable of keeping a heat exchange element 12 clean effectively compared with conventional one.
SOLUTION: The heat exchange unit is provided with an indoor air discharge passage 8, an outdoor air supply passage 9, heat exchange elements 12, 220, and the first air cleaning members 12b, 220b. The indoor air discharge passage 8 is a passage for discharging indoor air as an exhaust EA. The outdoor air supply passage 9 is a passage for supplying outdoor air as supply air SA. The heat exchange elements 12, 220 are elements for heat-exchanging at least sensible heat out of the sensible heat and latent heat between the exhaust EA and the supply air SA. The heat exchange elements 12, 220 communicates with the indoor air discharge passage 8 and the outdoor air supply passage 9. The first air cleaning members 12b, 220b are provided in a supply air flow-directional upstream of the heat exchange elements 12, 220. The first air cleaning members 12b, 220b carry an apatite having a photocatalytic function.
