PURPOSE: To provide a heat exchange ventilation air conditioner system in which noise and input are low, energy conservation is obtained, and fresh atmosphere introduction is balanced.

CONSTITUTION: An indoor heat exchanger 4 for cooling and heating a room, an induction blower 5 for diffusing pressurized air and inducing the air, and pressurized air supply means 6 for supplying the pressurized air to the blower 5 are provided in a circulation passage 3 for communicating an indoor circulation port 1 with an indoor air supply port 2, and connected via connecting tubes. A branch unit 8 is provided in the passage 3, an exhaust duct 9 for exhausting part of the air in a room out of the room is connected, a heat exchanging element 10 and an exhaust blower 11 are installed in the duct 9, and an air supply duct 12 for supplying the air from outdoor into the room is so formed at a channel as to cross the duct 9 with the element 10. Further, the duct 12 is connected, after passing the element 10, to the pressurized air supply means.
