To provide a heat exchanger and an apparatus including a refrigerator having the heat exchanger, reducing clogging between fins and having efficient heat exchange capability and dust resisting performance.
This heat exchanger includes a number of plate-like fins 1 juxtaposed, and a plurality of pipes 2 penetrating the fins and allowing a refrigerant to pass through the interiors thereof. In the fins 1, the air inflow end face 3 is provided with a plurality of dust adhesion reducing parts 4 having an upward inclined end face 5 and a downward horizontal end face 6 located right under it, the whole air inflow end face 3 is formed saw-toothed, and the upward inclined end face 5 is provided with a cutout 8, whereby rising of dust from below is canceled by the cutout 8 to secure a ventilating passage 7 of the downward horizontal end face 6.
