Abstract:
To improve heat exchange efficiency between a liquid refrigerant and a gas refrigerant in a heat exchanger and a cooling device.
The heat exchanger 3 used in the cooling device includes an injection part 5 for injecting and atomizing magnetic fluid L performing heat transport; a spray chamber 3B for mixing an atomization body VL atomized by the injection part 5 with outside air A; and a separation and aggregation part for separating the atomization body VL and outside air A mixed by the spray chamber 3B from each other and aggregating the magnetic fluid L.
