Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger sufficiently improved in corrosion resistance and the like.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes a tube and an electric corrosion-proofing layer. In the tube, a heat-target medium flowing inside is heated with combustion gas flowing outside. The electric corrosion-proofing layer is set to the outer peripheral surface of the tube, and functions as a sacrificial anode to prevent the tube from corrosion. The electric corrosion-proofing layer includes silicone resin and sacrificial anode powder formed of metal material larger in ionization tendency than the tube.
