PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high humidity exchange efficiency at a low cost.
SOLUTION: This heat exchanger allows two kinds of air currents to flow at a space formed by partition members 2 with the space held by space holding members 3, and performs total heat exchange between two kinds of air currents through the partition members 2, The partition member 2 is composed of an air shielding functional sheet material formed of hydrophilic fiber and containing a moisture absorbing material, and constituted so that the air permeability (JIS P 8117) of the partition member 2 is 200 s/100 cc or more.
