To provide a heat exchanger having a laminated body composed of heat transfer element plates having a heat transfer coefficient, an occlusion resistance and a dust removing effect higher than those of a conventional laminated body made of heat transfer element elements.
A part X has a large corrugation 8a provided in the same direction as the flowing direction 4 of fluid and a spiral rib R having a spiral the direction having an angle of θ (20 to 60°) with respect to the fluid flow direction 4 through the crest part and the trough part of the large corrugation 8a. A part Y has a corrugation 8a' provided in the same direction as the fluid flowing direction 4. In the part Y, a heat transfer element plate 8 having the large corrugation 8a' snaking with one side snaking width W of 5 to 10mm and a pitch P6 of 70 to 100mm and a heat transfer element plate 2 having small waves of a conventional DU type laminated body are alternaly laminated to form a laminated body. A part Z has a large corrugation 8a" provided in the same direction as the fluid flowing direction 4. In the part Z, the heat transfer element plate 8 having an angulation S formed with 2 to 3 small waves having a height H6 (2 to 2.5mm) in the crest part and the trough part of the large corrugation 8a" in the same direction of the fluid flowing direction and the heat transfer element plate 2 having the small waves of the conventional DU laminated body are alternately laminated to form a laminated body.
