To provide a heat exchanger which does not cause uneven heating even when any one of a plurality of heater patterns is used and which enables washing water at a desired temperature to be obtained immediately after the passage of water, and a human body washing device.
A heat exchanger includes a heating element which has a tubular portion provided with a plurality of heater patterns, and a case portion into which the tubular portion of the heating element is to be inserted and in which a channel for water heated by the heating element is formed on the periphery of the tubular portion. The plurality of heater patterns are run in such a manner as to be repeatedly turned back in parallel with each other along a peripheral side surface of the tubular portion. Each of the plurality of heater patterns is provided without overlapping itself or crossing the other heater patterns. A human body washing device is also provided.
