Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of suppressing frosting on a fin surface of the heat exchanger, and to provide a manufacturing method of a fin.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes a heat transfer pipe in which a refrigerant circulates and a fin coming into contact with the heat transfer pipe, and air is blown to the surface of the fin. The fin includes a fin body having grooves on the surface, it includes a water-repellent film on the surface of the grooves, and also, it includes a hygroscopic polymer which is swollen with an antifreeze liquid at a bottom of the grooves. For example, the groove is a V-shaped groove. Also, in the V-shaped groove, a pitch is larger than 0 μm and equal to or smaller than 10 μm, and also, an apex angle is larger than 0 degree and equal to or smaller than 45 degrees. Also, PDMS is used as the hygroscopic polymer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
