Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a stable heat transfer pipe to expand, in a fin-and-tube type heat exchanger using an aluminum-based heat transfer pipe with an inner surface groove.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes a fin 11 and a heat transfer pipe 10 with an inner surface groove connected to the fin 11 so as to expand the pipe. The heat transfer pipe 10 with an inner surface groove comprises aluminum or an aluminum alloy, and on the inner surface of the heat transfer pipe 10 with an inner surface groove, a hard layer with higher hardness than the aluminum or aluminum alloy is formed. The hard layer is formed of boehmite or alumite.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
