Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger and a heat exchanger manufacturing method capable of realizing the suppression of degradation in heat exchange performance due to adhesion of anticorrosion paint to fins, and the suppression of degradation in corrosion resistance due to melting of the anticorrosion paint during soldering.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes: a plurality of fins arranged in parallel; a fixed plate provided outside of the fins; a plurality of refrigerant pipes connected to be orthogonal to the fins and the fixed plate; and connection pipes connecting end portions of the refrigerant pipes protruding from the fixed plate and forming refrigerant channels together with the refrigerant pipes. As the fixed plate, a plate member to a surface of which heat-resistant anticorrosion paint is applied in advance is used.
