Abstract:
To provide a heat exchanger manufacturing method and a heat exchanger which make it possible to easily improve heat exchange efficiency.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 100 includes a plurality of tubes 11 that are disposed side by side and permit passage of a heat medium therethrough, and a radiation fin 12 disposed between the tubes 11 so as to be bent to a wave shape. The radiation fin 12 is cut along a direction parallel to the tubes 11 by laser processing. The cutting of the radiation fin 12 is carried out so that a cutting width becomes smaller than a thickness of the radiation fin 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
