Title:
HEAT EXCHANGER PROVIDED WITH ULTRASONIC VIBRATION FUNCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006349239
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a heat exchanger provided with an ultrasonic vibration function devised such that adherence of various types of components or the like in liquid denatured by heating or cooling to an inner wall of a metal pipe can be prevented just by using a minimum number of ultrasonic vibrators, noise during operation is small, and heat exchange is carried out smoothly without clogging the metal pipe even by a semi-liquid object such as soymilk.

A multiplicity of metal pipes 12, etc. thinly coated with Teflon (R) on an inner wall surface is arranged in an interior of a sheath tank 10 filled with a heat medium or a refrigerant, and heat exchange is carried out between a liquid or semi-liquid passing through the metal pipes 12, etc. and the refrigerant or the heat medium. By attaching lid bodies 13 and 16 to both ends of the sheath tank 10, and providing support plates 13' and 16' supporting the metal pipes 12, etc. in an inner side, accumulation chambers 14A, 15A and 16K are formed, and the ultrasonic vibrator 10H is attached to one lid body 16.
