To provide a heat exchanger, so constituted as to eliminate irregularities of evaporation of a first fluid and contrive the substantially equalized distribution of the fluid, and to provide a reboiler condenser having the heat exchanger.
In order to equalize the distribution of fluid into the openings of a block, the block of the heat exchanger is provided with a fluid inlet opening communicating with an internal space of a supplying box, extended in parallel to the block and communicated with a box similar to at least one set of neighboring box, to form a fluid supplying line. The supplying line is provided with at least one set of lattice (30), separated from the through hole (301) and solid parts (302), distributed by a method where a pressure drop is caused, while the pressure drop is designed so that the fluid in the inlet opening at the downstream side of the lattice will have the same flow speed.
