Abstract:

To provide a heat exchanger capable of suppressing the number of components, and a refrigeration cycle device.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger has a heat exchange tube and a header. The heat exchange tube extends in a first direction, where a refrigerant flows therethrough. The header is connected to the end part of the heat exchange tube in the first direction, and has a refrigerant space flow path therein. The header has an intermediate plate, a first end plate, a second end plate, and a locking piece. The refrigerant space flow path is formed in the intermediate plate. The first end plate is arranged on one side of the intermediate plate in the first direction. The second end plate is arranged on the other side of the intermediate plate in the first direction. The locking piece rises from the first end plate to the other side in the first direction. The locking piece passes through an intermediate plate hole part formed in the intermediate plate and a second end plate hole part formed in the second end plate, and is arranged along the surface of the second end plate on the other side in the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
