Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer fin capable of improving heat exchange efficiency in a heat exchanger for a refrigerator.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 100 for a refrigerator is configured such that a plurality of heat transfer fins 20 arranged oppositely in a row manner are arranged in a multistage manner from a windward side to a leeward side. A leeward side end part of a heat transfer fin is configured to be folded toward a heat transfer fin positioned at an upper stage of the heat transfer fin, without folding a windward side end part. Since air flowing along the folded portion flows obliquely into a heat transfer fin positioned at an upper stage on a downstream side, the air easily contacts with a front edge of the upper stage of the heat transfer fin, thereby improving heat exchange efficiency with a front edge effect.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
