Abstract:
To provide a heat exchanger which makes fins remain on a tube for a long period of time by suppressing an excessive Zn concentration to a fillet, and preventing fillet potential from being excessively low, and has excellent heat exchange performance and corrosion resistance performance, being a heat exchanger which can be obtained by using a single-layer brazing sheet fin material.SOLUTION: In a heat exchanger having an aluminum alloy-made tube in which a working fluid circulates, and aluminum alloy-made fins metallically joined to the tube, the tube is formed by using a heat exchanger tube material having a tube material main body composed of an aluminum alloy, and a Zn-containing film formed at an outer surface of the tube material main body, and containing Zn of 1.0 to 4.5 g/m2 at atom conversion, and the fins are composed of aluminum alloys, and formed by using heat exchanger fin materials having single layers and heat joining functions in a temperature at which a liquid phase rate reaches 5.0% or higher and 35.0% or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
