Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger of two tube-plate fixed type capable of absorbing and mitigating the tensile stress in a cooling tube generated by heating and elongation of a flow passage forming body without providing an expansion joint.
SOLUTION: In a heat exchanger of two tube-plate fixed type in which a flow passage forming body 1 is extended more than a cooling tube 10 due to the temperature difference between the flow passage forming body 1 and the cooling tube 10 during the heat exchange, the cooling tube 10 is subject to the compressive stress in a range in which the tensile stress in the cooling tube 10 generated by the heating and elongation of the flow passage forming body 1 during the heat exchange can be absorbed and mitigated, and the cooling tube 10 is not buckled when the heat exchanger is assembled.
