To improve productivity of a heat exchanger type ventilation device and reduce its cost.

There is provided a heat exchanger type ventilation device, in which many flat plates 11 are laminated in such a way that air passages between raised portions 12 of an upper flat plate 11 and air passages between raised portions 12 of a lower flat plate 11 are faced to each other at a right angle. Belt-like printed portions 13 having powdery electrical-charged adhesive agent are properly spaced apart at one surface of the flat plate 11 at the position where the raised portions 12 of the flat plate 11. The segments having the belt-like printed portions 13 formed therein are folded like a mountain-shape to make the raised positions 12. The raised portions 12 are heated to cause the folded portions to be adhered with powdery adhesive agent at the printed portions 13 present at the inner surfaces of the folded portions.
