A plurality of projecting portions 40 of the spacer 4 are divided into first and second groups separated in the direction of extending the plurality of tubular portions 30a, the projecting portions 40 of the first group are inserted only a part of a plurality of clearances 39 of the tubular portions 30a, and the projecting portions 40 of the second group are inserted into the other part of the plurality of clearances 39. Preferably, the heat exchanger comprises first and second spacers 4A, 4B independently formed, and their projecting portions are applied as the projecting portions 40 of the first and second groups.
