To provide a heat exchanger device capable of removing either peeled- off material or condensed material within a heat exchanging chamber.
Each of trays in a lower heat exchanging chamber 4 is formed by a porous plate provided with many through-pass holes 6. This porous plate is provided with a discharging hole 21 of larger diameter than that of the through-pass hole 6. A discharging pipe 22 is connected to the discharging hole 21 of the lower-most stage tray 8. A branch pipe 23 for low temperature gas 3 is connected to the midway part of the discharging pipe 22 in an upward orientation. The extremity end of the discharging pipe 22 is connected to a recovering container 24 outside the chamber, thereby either heavy peeled-off material or condensed material is dropped into the discharging hole 21 and further discharged out of the heat exchanging chamber 4 through the discharging pipe 22. Light single thermal medium 9 is returned back into the heat exchanging chamber 4 with the low temperature gas 3 injected into the discharging pipe 22 in an upward direction.
