Abstract:
To improve the performance of a heat exchanger by expanding a contact area between the curved part of an inner fin and the inside of a tube.
In a meandering inner fin having curved parts and linear parts that are alternately formed, a series of the curved parts are formed having a small diameter at two point close to the linear part side and a large diameter between both small diameters. The curved part of the inner fin is deformed to a linear shape or a shape close to that by applying a force from both flat surfaces of a tube in which the inner fin is stored, so as to expand a contact area with the inside of the tube.
